Travel Award

To encourage young scientists, we provide an IWHM6 certificate and a $ 1,000 / one abstract. Travel Awards are limited to 10 participants. The winners will be announced and awarded in this workshop.
This Travel Award 2022 is sponsored by IWHM General Office.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Please download and use the designated template below for your abstract.
   
2. Save the abstract data in MS Word and also PDF format.
   Name of the abstract file should be:
   surname(of the presenting author)_givenname_oral or poster
   e.g.）koyanagi_yoshio_oral
   *You may choose your preferred presentation style.
3. The submission can be accepted via this online system. After being registered you receive confirmation mail including submission ID and passcode, using which you can access to the modification page.

Acceptance Notice

The program committee is responsible for reviewing all abstracts and deciding presentation style and time.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting authors’ e-mail address by the end of August.
If you do not receive an e-mail notification, please contact the meeting secretariat.
