Welcome

　On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to announce that the 6th International Workshop on Humanized Mice (IWHM VI) will be held at Kyoto University from October 12th, 2022 (Wed) to October 14th, 2022 (Fri) Japan. It becomes clear to know that many factors are involved in occasion of human diseases. In this workshop we have a plan of organization of scientific talk and discussion as a face-to-face meeting with research to learn the detail of immune reaction in human diseases especially cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases using various mouse models engrafted with human gene, cells, or tissues (Humanized Mice). To provide active support for motivated researchers with higher education to understand scientific knowledge and promote providence potential, “NextGen humanized mice” was chosen as the theme of this workshop. We believe that this workshop could provide an opportunity for researchers in human Immunology, Cancer Biology, Regenerative Medicine and Infectious Diseases to gather in one place and talk about their recent data of basic and applied investigation on various studies.
