Visa Information

◆ A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

◆ If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).

◆If you need to receive a visa invitation letter for visa or any other reasons, you might fill in the following "Visa Application Assistance Form" no later than August 31 after finishing the online registration and payment.

The Conference Organizer cannot contact or intervene with any Japanese Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf.
Please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the conference on your own responsibility.
