This meeting will be held on-site; however, we kindly request all participants to register in advance.
Member chairpersons and Speakers are also encouraged to complete their registration prior to the meeting.

Important Notes:
If payment is not received within the standard registration period, the registration fee will automatically change to the last-minute registration fee.
Please note that if payment is made after February 13, your registration for the seminar box lunch and light meal will be cancelled.

Membership Categories
Regular Member
In principle, this category is for physicians or dentists licensed in Japan who are engaged in the practice, education, and research of neuroradiology and related fields. Membership is granted to those who have paid the prescribed membership fee as stipulated in the bylaws.
Associate Member
This category is for medical professionals and scientists involved in neuroradiology, excluding physicians and dentists.
Initial Resident Member／Student Member
This category is for initial residents or medical students who wish to become members.
Upon becoming a late-stage resident, members must reapply for regular membership.
Student members must apply for initial resident membership upon passing the national medical examination.
For Initial Training Medical Interns, a “Certification of Initial Training Medical Intern” (signed by the supervisor) must be submitted.
For Students, a copy of their student ID must be submitted.
Note:
Members are exempt from tax.
Non-members are subject to a 10% tax, which is included in the registration fee.
Payment Method
- Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover).
- Please note that registrations are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- Payment must be completed through the registration form after submission.

Attendance Confirmation Letter
From Thursday, February 13, 2025, to Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 17:00 (JST), you can download and print your attendance Confirmation Letter from “My Page.”
- The barcode can also be displayed on a digital device, such as a smartphone (printed versions are also accepted).
- Please ensure you download this letter and bring it with you on the day of the conference. You will need to scan the barcode at the reception desk to complete your registration.
Participation Certificate
- Participation certificates can be downloaded and printed from the upper right corner of “My Page.”
- Certificates are available only for participants whose attendance has been confirmed on the day of the conference.
- Downloads are scheduled to begin around the end of February.
- Once the download is available, an email notification will be sent to the registered email address.

How to Register
1. Click the "Registration" Button
- Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the registration form.
- Login ID
- Use your email address.
- Password
- Set your own password.
(Note: Please keep your password secure, as the Registration Desk/Secretariat cannot provide your encrypted password.)
2. Verify Your Email Address
- You will receive an automatic reply from the registration desk (jsnr54@online-conference.jp) to verify your email address.
- Click the "Verify Email Address" button included in the email.
3. Access the Online Meeting Page
- Once you have completed your payment and received final confirmation from the registration desk, you can access the online meeting page using your ID and password.
4. Print Certificates and Receipts
You will be able to download and print your attendance certificates and receipts from “My Page” starting in late February.

- If you wish to change your registration information or cancel your registration, please contact the registration desk via email.
- Please note that once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
