The following sessions are scheduled to be streamed on-demand

  • Presidential Lecture
  • Special Lecture
  • Main Symposium
  • Symposium 1-6
  • Seminar for Board Certified Physician/Supervisory Physician for Public Health and Social Medicine
  • Pre Seminar 1-4 (Participants must pay the registration fee for each session.)

Registration will be cancelled unless the payment is confirmed by the deadline.

Pre-seminar

  • The following participation fee will be charged for each seminar. For program details, please see "Click here for pre-seminar details."
  • Participation certificates will be issued from "My Page", which you can log in and view after registering.
  • Please click [Registration] at the bottom of the page to apply.

Abstract book

Digital abstract book will be available on My Page in late January (Printed copies of the abstract book will not be distributed.).
The program book will be available at the reception desk while the conference is held on-site.

Certificates and Receipts

You will be able to print out your attendance certificates and receipts on My Page from late January.
Please download and print out the form by yourself and be sure to bring it to the venue.

How to Register

1.Click "Registration" button, follow the instructions on screen and fill in the form.

Please keep your password since Registration Desk / Secretariat cannot inform your encrypted password.

2.You will receive an automatic reply mail from the registration desk jea35@online-conference.jp to verify your email address.

Please click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email.

3.You can access the online meeting page using your ID and password after you complete your payment and receive a final confirmation from the registration desk.

4.You will be able to print out your attendance certificates and receipts on My Page from late January.

Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Payment must be made after registration via the registration form.

Change registration information and Cancellation policy

If you wish to change your registration information or cancel your registration, please contact the registration desk by e-mail.
However, once the registration fee is paid, it is neither refundable nor transferable.
