Application method
Please be sure to write the following in the remarks column at the time of application and let us know.
If you do not notify us, we may refuse to care your child on the day.
- Child's name
- Age/date of birth
- Date and time of use
Please let us know at the time of application if you have any concerns regarding allergies, physical or mental health issues from a doctor's diagnosis, or specific issues when spending time in group childcare. If you do not notify us, we may refuse your use of this service.
We will send you an "application form" together with your application confirmation email.
Please fill in one "application form" per child per day and hand it to the nursery staff at the reception.

Please apply as soon as possible as we will close as soon as the capacity is reached.
Insurance
In order to deal with unforeseen accidents, Alpha Corporation has damage insurance and will compensate within the scope of insurance coverage. Please note that The 35th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Epidemiological Association and the executive committee secretariat are not responsible for any accidents.

Entry is not permitted. If you are spending time with your child during free time or eating, we will accept it as a temporary outing.
