| We strongly recommend membership in the Institute of Complex Medical Engineering (ICME) society on full or student status. As a member, you will be entitled to the benefits of (1) special member discount for CME2018 and (2) free online access to Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering (NBE) (NBE is the official journal of the ICME). If you want to join, please click here. The author or, if many, at least of one of the authors must pre-register and commit to attend the conference and present the paper. Also, the authors have to complete Advance online registration and payment by July 15, 2018. Otherwise, your paper may not be included in the final conference program and proceedings. The fees cover full conference registration, reception, daily coffee breaks, banquet and a copy of the proceedings. |

| How to Register |
| 1. | For advance online registration, click the "Advance Registration" button in the bottom of this page and follow the instructions on screen. The registration can only be made for a single participant at a time. |
| 2. | After completing the registration, an auto-reply e-mail indicating your registration ID and the data you entered will be sent to you. If you find some errors in the data or do not receive the e-mail, please contact our registration office (cme12@procomu.jp). |
| 3. | The Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed. |
| 4. | The exchange ticket of name card and abstract booklet will be sent to you by e-mail at the end of August. If you do not receive that e-mail by August 31st, please contact our registration office (cme12@procomu.jp). |
| 5. | Please bring the print-out of the exchange ticket e-mail with you to the conference. The name card and abstract booklet will be provided at the on-site registration desk. |

| The registration/banquet fee is not refundable. Your advance registration will be cancelled unless the payment is confirmed by the due date. |

| ◆ | A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. |
