Call for General Presentation (Oral/Poster)

We are now accepting abstracts for general sessions (oral and poster presentations).
There is no limit on the number of abstracts a primary presenter may submit.
Please note that depending on room capacity and scheduling constraints, some accepted abstracts may be assigned to on-demand presentations (pre-recorded videos or PDF posters) on the dedicated online platform.
If your abstract is selected for an on-demand presentation, you will have the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed or withdraw your submission when acceptance notices are sent.

Presentation Language

Presentations can be given in either Japanese or English.
If you wish to present in Japanese, please submit your abstract via the Japanese submission page.

Guidelines

• We are accepting abstracts for general sessions (oral and poster presentations).
• There is no limit on the number of abstracts a primary presenter may register.
• Word Count Limits: Up to 720 words (No figures/tables are accepted)
• The abstract body should be structured using appropriate headings (e.g., [Objectives], [Methods], [Results], [Discussion], and [Ethical Considerations]).
• If applicable, ethical considerations (including ethical review approval) must be described in the abstract.

Review & Notification

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent out in early February 2027 (tentative).

Instructions for Submission

• In principle, submitted abstracts will not be proofread or edited. The text will be printed in the abstract book as entered. Please ensure all information is correct before final submission.
• A confirmation email will be automatically sent after submission. To review or modify your submission, please log in using the Submission Number provided in the email and the password you set during submission. A confirmation email will also be automatically sent after any modifications.
• You can review and modify your submission as many times as needed during the submission period.
• If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder, verify that your email address was entered correctly, or ensure that the submission was completed. If you still do not receive it after 24 hours, please contact the Congress Secretariat at acbta@procom-i.jp.
• Do not use the browser's "Back" button while filling out the submission form.
• Please close the browser tab after completing your submission.
