The Annual Meeting Committee will offer up to 10 travel awards of ¥50,000 each to support participants from outside Japan who have advanced to PhD candidacy or are postdoctoral fellows to attend this meeting. Awardees must submit an abstract for the poster session of the meeting by the deadline of October 31, 2016 thorough our online abstract submission system (the system will be opened on September 9, 2016). Recipients are selected based on the scientific merit of the abstract and the strength of related application materials.
Awards in cash drawn on YEN will be presented to recipients at the meeting on the final day. Recipients must attend the meeting. |

A scanned copy of one letter of recommendation from an academic advisor with his/her signature. |
