How to Register |
| |
1. |
For advance online registration, click the "Advance Registration" button in the bottom of this page and follow the instructions on screen. The registration can only be made for a single participant at a time. |

2. |
After completing the registration, an auto-reply e-mail indicating your registration ID and the data you entered will be sent to you. If you find some errors in the data or do not receive the e-mail, contact our registration office (seiri94@procomu.jp). |

3. |
The participation of undergraduate, graduate (doctorate/master) and vocational school students requires verification by their mentor, research supervisor or professor with his/her signature.
Fill in the following student verification form and submit a scanned copy of it via e-mail to the
registration office (seiri94@procomu.jp). The students will be asked to pay for registration fees as non-members unless they submit the verification form. |

4. |
Your registration will be officially recognized after confirmation of your data (citizenship, FAOPS membership etc.). We will inform you of the confirmation and a guide to paying your registration fee via e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail even 4 weeks later, contact our registration office (seiri94@procomu.jp). |

5. |
For domestic PSJ members, the entry pass and booklets of the meeting program and abstracts will be separately sent to your registered address in early March, 2017.
For foreign participants, the entry pass will be provided at the on-site registration desk. The program booklets will also be provided at the registration desk if desired. |

This payment method is permitted only for the participants living outside Japan. |

Paypal provides a global payment service with guaranteed safety.
Credit card numbers will not be transferred to our registration office.
The Paypal online system specialized for payment of the registration fee can be accessed
from the link indicated in the confirmation e-mail from our registration office
(seiri94@procomu.jp).
Follow the instructions in the Paypal system for details and complete your payment as soon as
you receive the e-mail. |

The participants living in Japan should pay the registration fee through bank transfer to the account in Japan Post Bank indicated in the Japanese advance registration web site. |

＜Cancellation and Refund Policy＞
The registration/banquet fee is not refundable.
Your advance registration will be cancelled unless the payment is confirmed by the due date.
