Advance registration has been closed, however, on-site registration is welcome.

Attendance of the Welcome Reception will be charged 5000JPY additionally.
All participants are requested to register online in advance or at the on-site registration desk. We accept only JPY on site.
If you need an invitation letter for obtaining a visa, you should make a registration on-line in advance.
The registration fee includes
Entry to all conference sessions, the exhibition, a facility tour, and an abstract book.
The facility tours are scheduled on December 8.

Payment Method
PayPal(Credit card) is the only on-line payment method available and Registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).
All presenters are required to register in order to make presentations by no later than September 30, 2019.
The welcome reception accepts 150 people as max on a first-come and first-served basis.
Participant pass and receipt
After online registration, a pre-confirmation mail with the registration details will be sent to you and after the payment has been confirmed, a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
If you do not receive a confirmation mail within 2 weeks after your payment, please send inquiry to the Registration Office.
The receipt and participant pass will be handed to you at the on-site registration desk.
Please print out the confirmation mail and bring it with you to the venue to make the entry easy.
Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant’s name as registered.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refund after payment for any reason.
Passport and Visa
A valid passport is required to enter Japan.
We will send an invitation letter upon request to each individual below;
◆invited guest by the organizer,
◆who have already made payment of participant fee even if he/she is a speaker or not,
◆who from Confirmed Sponsor organization.
If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
For the process to obtain a visa may take a long time so please make a registration earlier and get from us an invitation letter to be ready for your travel.
Regarding this issue, we cannot compensate you for anything.
