This time around, look back at our first objective, the 81st Annual Meeting in Tokyo will mainly involve discussion sessions. General presentations will either be poster sessions and discussions. The topics for the three main conference rooms are surgery, chemotherapy, endoscopic therapy, and pathology, etc. We hope to provide the opportunity to participate in hot discussions.
The conference venue is TFT Hall in Tokyo Fashion Town Building in Ariake, Tokyo. It is ten minutes by train to Odaiba, one of Tokyo's most interesting tourist spots, as well as a highly popular shopping and entertainment district.
Following the Tokyo conference, we will hold an International Satellite Symposium in Kyoto for overseas guests. (Japanese participants, off course, are welcome to join). The topics for the symposium are laparoscope-assisted surgery, and chemotherapy, etc. The symposium also consists of an open session.
Aiming to deliver and to share the knowledge throughout the country, we chose Kyoto as the venue. Heian-Jingu Shrine, Nanzen-ji Temple, and the Kyoto City Museum for Fine Arts are near the venue. Please allow yourself to participate this meeting to experience a productive and inspired time academically and culturally. |
