Before registering your presentation, please check the copyright regulations and conflict of interest (COI) disclosure.

  • For oral presentations, the Ethical guidelines and COI will be disclosed on the second slide(next slide of the presentation title slide).
  • For poster presentations, the Ethical guidelines and COI will be disclosed at the end of the poster.

Abstract submission period

Thursday, January 9, 2025 - Monday, March 17, 2025

Qualification requirements

Presenters must be members of this society.
If you are not yet a member, please apply for membership from the Japan DDS Society homepage.

Presentation types

  • Oral presentation(in Japanese or English)
  • Poster presentation(in Japanese or English)

If you choose oral presentation (in English) or poster presentation (in English) as your first choice of presentation type, please register your name, affiliation, names of co-authors, presentation title, text (600 words) and keywords in English.

When submitting your abstract, please select the appropriate field from the abstract fields below.

About the Excellent Presentation Award(in Japanese)

If you are an oral or poster presenter in Japanese (if you select "Oral (Japanese)" or "Poster (Japanese)" as your first choice of presentation type), you can apply for this award when submitting their abstracts, whether they are graduate students, undergraduate students, part-time researchers, postdoctoral fellows, young corporate researchers, etc. (regardless of age).
Please note that even if you register an oral presentation in Japanese, it may be classified as a poster presentation when the program is compiled.

Review method

The Excellent Presentation Award will be selected based on the abstracts of both the oral presentations in Japanese and the poster presentations in Japanese.
In addition, the selected presentations will be judged on the day and one person will be selected for the Best Excellent Presentation Award from the Japanese oral presentations.
Poster presentations in Japanese won't be judged for the Best Excellent Presentation Award based on presentations on the day.

About the Excellent Presentation Award(in English)

If you are an oral presenter in English (if you select "Oral Presentation (English)" as your first choice of presentation type), you can apply for this award when submitting their abstracts.
Anyone can apply even if they are not a student or young researcher.
Please note that even if you register an oral presentation in English, it may be classified as a poster presentation when the program is compiled. Thank you for your understanding.

Review method

The Excellent Presentation Award for English oral presentations will be selected based on the abstract.
In addition, the selected presentations will be judged on the day and one person will be selected for the Best Excellent Presentation Award from the English oral presentations.

Acceptance of the submitted abstract

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by email in May,2025 (tentative).
  • The Chair will be responsible for the review, presentation type (oral or poster presentation), date and venue.
  • When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to register the presentation type and topic field.
    However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request when organizing the program.
