Badge Identification
A name badge is provided with your registration documents upon arrival at Pacifico Yokohama. For security and regulation purposes, the wearing of the badge is compulsory at all times both inside Pacifico Yokohama and at all official events organized within the context of the Congress.

- All participants are requested to register online in advance or on-site at the registration desk at the venue.
- All presenters are required to register in order to make presentations by no later than March 15, 2017.
- To qualify for the Late Registration Fee, the application must be received by the Registration Office and payment by Credit card completed by no later than April 9, 2017 8:59 UTC.
- The Pre-Confirmation e-mail with the registration details will be sent to you after your online registration is complete and a Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed.

Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant’s name as registered.
