Payment information |

After the registration you receive a confirmation with account and payment information.
We only accept remittance to Japan Post Bank until May 31, 2017. |

Cancellations |
| |
A refund will be granted, minus USD 40 for the administration charge, before June 30, 2017. Requests for the refunds will not be considered if received after June 30, 2017. |

Visa and passport |
| |
Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Please consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether or not a visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa.
