2 Accommodation Application

   

The following two hotels are designated for this congress. Please find the details from the separate sheet of “Hotel Information” before the application. Besides, prices can vary depending on the date of accommodation.

<Apply through Website>
After the application is submitted through the application website, a verification will be sent to the registered email address of the applicant. Please save the verification properly after checking the details.

   

<Apply through Email>
In the case that the application is submitted through Email or FAX, a verification will be sent to the applicant directly from Inbound Department of Nokyo Tourist Corporation. Please save the verification properly, after checking the details.

3 Application for Excursion

    Same as the application for accommodation, please apply through the application website or send your application through Email.
 
   

■ Apply for excursion ONLY
In the case that the application is for excursion only, please apply through the same website by selecting the preferred excursion, then select “No Need” at the Accommodation section.

   

■Hato Bus Tour

10/11 (THU) Morning <Tokyo Morning Tour> 【Capacity:40, on a first-come-first-served basis】 With English speaking guide only.

    Venue for departure and arrival of the Hato Bus is TFT Hall or the Hotel (Hotel Sunroute Ariake or Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel). The details about meeting place and time will be informed through the homepage later.
    Hato Bus tour courses are package tours organized by Hato Bus Co., Ltd.. Please read though the following “Tour conditions”, then submit the application if these conditions are acceptable.

    Hato Bus tour courses are prepared for the participants of this academic congress only, tour might be cancelled in the case that the number of the tour applicants is less than 35. (It will be confirmed after 10th August whether or not the tour will be cancelled)
   

■Tokyo Disneyland (Ticket only)
10/12 (FRI) One day <Tokyo Disneyland Entry Ticket> 【Capacity:40, on a first-come-first-served basis】

    Tokyo Disneyland Tickets are specified for the participants of this academic congress with group discount.(The tickets are for adults only, and valid only for the specified date, 6,700JPY/regular fare 7,400JPY
    Tickets will be delivered to the applicants at the place nearby the General Reception Desk on the 2nd Floor of the TFT Hall on 11th Oct. (THU). The time of delivery will be informed later through the homepage.
    Please note that the applicants will visit and enter Tokyo Disneyland by themselves without being accompanied by the group tour leader.
     
 

4 Payment Methods

    The payment methods will be informed sequentially after 10th May.
     
   

<Payment on Invoice>

    1. As an attachment, “Invoice” will be sent sequentially from Inbound Department of Nokyo Tourist Corporation by email after 10th May upon confirming the application details.
    2. Please settle the payment for the accommodation fee etc. to the specified account by money transfer according to the Invoice. (The charge for money transfer shall be borne by the applicant.)
     
   

<Payment by Credit Card>

    1. The guidance regarding the procedure of payment by credit card (web page of payment settlement) will be sent sequentially from Inbound Department of Nokyo Tourist Corporation after 10th May upon confirming the application details.
    2. Please make the payment according to the procedure shown on the web page of payment settlement.
     
   

<Note>

    For the applicant of accommodation, a service fee of 540JPY/person will be charged.
    For the applicant of Hato Bus tour, the charge will be billed after 10th August if the tour is confirmed to be held.
    After the payment is confirmed, “Confirmation of the Accommodation and Excursion Application” will be sent to the applicant.
    Receipt for the bank transfer ((in the case that the payment is made by credit card, the payment record on the bank statement issued by the credit card company) will be regarded as the receipt of the payment.
     
 

5 Change・Cancellation of the Application

   

<Application through website>
Please make a new application with the updated information, due to the change or cancellation service of the application system is not available. At the same time, please input the following information at the “Note” section of the website: “The previous Registration Number (the subscribed registration number): ”,so that the previous registration number will be cancelled by Inbound Department of Nokyo Tourist Corporation.

   

<Application through email>

Please send your request for change or cancellation by email to Inbound Department of Nokyo Tourist Corporation.

   

<Cancellation charge>
Due to the change and cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the following terms. The refund regarding the cancellation will be processed after the congress. Please note that the bank charge for the transfer of the refund shall be borne by the applicant.

   

☆Cancellation Charge due to the Change of the Application (will be calculated from the check-in date)
①From the application date to the 8th day prior to the check-in date→ Free(In the case that the change is confirmed by E-mail or FAX)
②From the 7th day prior to the check-in date→10% ・From the 2nd day to the 6th day prior to the check-in date→30% ・1 day prior to the check-in date→50% ・On the check-in date or cancellation without notice→100%
