  Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees.

Registration Fees
 
Early bird academic and industry: 50,000 JPY
Early bird student: 20,000 JPY
Standard academic and industry: 60,000 JPY
Standard student: 25,000 JPY
Banquet fee (in the evening Sep. 30):  8,000 JPY

*the exchange rate: 1USD=101.55JPY on April 14, 2014 for reference

 
  After this date, standard registration fees will apply for all participants.

●On-line Registration and Payment Deadline:
  September 16th (Tue), 23:59 JST
  **After the deadline (Sept 16), registration will only be possible ON-SITE.
   Please register and pay at the registration desk of the conference.

●On-site Registration and Payment
  Registration desk will be set up at the entrance lobby of TFT WEST.
  Payment will only be accepted by credit card (Visa and Master Card only).
  All credit cards will be charged in Japanese Yen.
 
The registration fee includes:

Conference materials (program and extended abstracts on USB)

Access to all sessions including the fashion show on Sep. 30 and exhibitions at the symposium

- Welcome party on Sep. 28 (free of charge for registered participants)
- Wine party on Sep. 29 (free of charge for registered participants)

The banquet fee is not included in the registration fees.

The fee for accompanying persons is free and they can attend the fashion show on Sep. 30 and exhibitions. However, they cannot attend academic programs or the banquet. If they want to attend the banquet, they are requested to pay the banquet fee, 8,000 JPY.

The welcome party and conference banquet also offer special meals to
suit dietary and religious requirements such as Vegetarian and Halal foods.
 
 
Method of Payment of Registration Fees
  All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.
Fees can be paid by Paypal account or credit card through Paypal.
Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted.
Registration without payment will not be processed.

Policy for Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, PROCOM International, by no later than September 5, 2014.
The cancellation charge for registration is 5,000 JPY.

No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled after the date mentioned above.

No refund will be made for the speakers of technical sessions.
All refunds will be made after card company's handling charges are deducted.
 
Applicants for visa documentation
Those wishing to apply for visas are required to complete the registration and remittance.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email message after submitting the on-line registration form. Please visit

Please note that no documents for visa will be prepared for those who have not completed the payment of the required registration fees in full.
 
The symposium organizer will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy on your behalf. Please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you.
