To regist for the conference (English)

 

Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees, hotel accommodation within the congress venue and availability of social events.

Please note that On-site Registration Fee is only accepted by cash (Japanese YEN).

From October 1 through October 15, 2010

Late registration

The online registration will be closed after October 15,2010.
On-site registration is also welcome.

 

The prices indicated are per person and only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before each deadline mentioned above.

Items to be included in the registration fee are as follows:

-Admission to all scientific sessions including luncheon and evening seminars
-Admission to the exhibition and poster session
-Invitation to Welcome Reception on the evening of November 12, 2010
-Conference program and abstract book

 

(Note)
All prices quoted are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Fees can be paid either by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted. Payment of fees must accompany all Registration Forms.
The secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant is not mentioned, nor will the secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
