Payment of Fees
All prices quoted are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Fees can be paid either by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted. Payment of fees must accompany all Registration Forms.
The conference secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant is not mentioned, nor will the conference secreatriat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Confirmation & Registration Card
A notice for the application will be emailed to the applicant's email address soon after the submission of the online registration form.
The secretariat will send a registration card to the registrants who paid the registration fee by the end of October, 2010.
The organizers strongly recommend that you will bring it with you and present it upon arrival at the registration desk in order to collect your name badge and related conference materials. If you not received the registration card, please contact the secretariat,PROCOM International.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, mail or e-mail any alterations to the secretariat organization.
(Credit Card)
Fees can be paid using the following cards: American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club. Regretfully, other credit cards cannot be accepted. The cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date of the card should be filled out on the Online Registration Form.
(Bank Transfer)
Registration fees can be remitted by bank transfer to the following conference bank account;

Note: If you are going to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, you are required to send the copy of a bank transfer form
by fax (81-3-5520-8820) to the conference secretariat immediately after submitting the online registration form.
The copy helps confirming your remittance just in case your payment could not be identified.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the secretariat, no later than October 20, 2010.
The cancellation charge for registration is 3,000 JPY. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
No refunds will be made if registration is cancelled after the date mentioned above.
