How to Register
| 01. | Click "Registration" button at the page bottom, follow the instructions on screen and fill in the form.
Please keep your password since Registration Desk / Secretariat cannot inform you your encrypted password. |
| 02. | You will receive an automatic reply mail from the registration desk(ywbch2026 [A]online-conference[D]jp( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) to verify your email address.
Please click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email. |
| 03. | You can access the Login page using your ID and password after you complete your payment and receive a final confirmation from the registration desk. |
| 04. | You will be able to print out your attendance certificates and receipts on My Page from early November (planned). |

Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Payment must be made after registration via the registration form.
About the Identity Authentication Service (3D Secure)
Starting March 31, 2025, we have introduced the identity authentication service (3D Secure) for online credit card transactions.
If your credit card does not support 3D Secure, you may not be able to complete the payment procedure.
Please contact the credit card issuer to confirm if your credit card supports 3D Secure.
- 3D Secure is a security system that requires customers to complete an additional authentication step for online credit card payments.

Change registration information and Cancellation policy
If you wish to change your registration information or cancel your registration, please contact the registration desk by e-mail.
However, once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable nor transferable.
