Registration Fees
The registration fee for doctors/company includes admission to all sessions, Welcome Party, and an abstract book. The fee for accompanying persons includes Welcome Party and Farewell party.

- Registration is required for those who wish to submit an abstract.
Presenters' Registration Deadline: November 30, 2024 - Accompanying persons are basically family members. Doctors attending the conference, even those accompanying them, are requested to register for the conference.
- Hands-on at Hawaii University in the afternoon on February 26th
Those wishing to attend the Hands-on at Hawaii University need to make registration for PPSA-JC38. Maximum 10 persons, accepted on a first-come and first-served basis.

Due to the prices are going up and the weak yen, we are very sorry but please understand that we ask you to pay the Farewell Party fee; 5000 yen in advance if you wish to attend the Farewell Party.
There is no additional fee for the farewell party for accompanying persons.
Payment Deadline
Early: November 30, 2024 (23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth))
Late: February 28, 2025
Registration will be cancelled unless the payment is confirmed by the deadline.

Note: Once payment has been made, no refunds can be made for any reason.
How to Register
1.Click "Registration" button and follow the instructions on screen and fill in the form.
- Login ID: Your email address
- Password: Password set by yourself.
Please keep your password since Registration Desk / Secretariat cannot inform you your encrypted password.
2.You will receive an automatic reply mail from the registration desk (ppsajc38 [A]online-conference[D]jp( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) to verify your email address.
Please click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email.
3.You can access the online meeting page using your ID and password after you complete your payment and receive a final confirmation from the registration desk.
4.You will be able to print out your name badge and receipt on My Page from early February 2025.

ご予約に関する注意事項
- ご料金は米ドルでのご精算となります。ご覧いただく環境により日本円表示となりますが当日の為替にて自動的に表示されておりますので、実際ご宿泊いただく際のご料金とは異なります。
- ハワイ州法律により、客室は禁煙となります。ご了承ください。
- 客室のベッド数はクイーンベッド2台、またはキングベッド1台です。ご予約時にご希望のベッドタイプのお部屋を選択してください。
- 宿泊料金に税金が別途加算されます｡税率は、ホテル税13.25%とハワイ消費税4.712%とを合わせて、全体で17.962%です。
- お支払いはチェックアウト時にしていただきますが、チェックイン時にお客さまのクレジットカードのご提示をお願いしております。
- ご予約時に1泊分（税込み）のデポジット（保証金）をお支払いいただきます。ご予約のキャンセルは3日前（現地時間）まで可能です。
- 1室あたり2名さままで295ドル税別にてご宿泊いただけます。3名さま以降は1名さまにつき85ドル（税別）が追加となり、1室3名さまでご利用の場合、エキストラベッドを一台ご用意をさせていただきます。
- お子さまの添い寝利用は、17歳のお子さままで無料で可能です。添い寝のお子さまも最大収容人数に含まれます。
