Greeting

Dear Sleep Researchers in Asia,

The Asian Society of Sleep Medicine (ASSM) have been holding regular scientific meetings every two years (next year, we will have a joint meeting with the World Sleep Society in September). In between these meetings, we also have been holding smaller interim meetings. This time, we are pleased to announce that the interim meeting will be held over two days in Ariake, Tokyo, conveniently located near Haneda Airport. Moreover, to facilitate participation to the meeting from remote regions, we have prepared for online simultaneous participation.

This meeting will feature symposiums, workshop and poster presentations covering a wide range of topics in clinical sleep medicine, basic science, sleep sociology and education/ certification. To serve as a bridge to the next generation, we will welcome symposium presenters of the young generation. Additionally, we have been preparing modest presentation awards for young poster presenters and symposium speakers.

We are now inviting submissions for poster presentations. Some of the submitted abstracts may be selected for symposium presentations, in which case we will contact you with further details.
