All prices quoted are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Payment of registration fees is accepted by credit card only. Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted. Payment of fees must accompany all Registration Forms.

Confirmation Letters & Registration Cards:
An automatic e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon registering online.
Registration cards will be sent to the registrants by e-mail after confirming payment of registration fees.
All attendants are requested to bring them to the conference site to show at the registration desk.
Methods of Payment:

The Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account
when the name of the participant is not mentioned. Nor will the Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Credit Card;
Payments are accepted with the following cards; American Express , JCB , Master Card , Visa , and Diners Club. Regretfully other credit cards cannot be accepted.

Note to Earlybird registrants:
In order to obtain the Earlybird rate, we must be in receipt of your full conference registration fee by the published Earlybird date. Although we endeavor to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this.
Note to authors:
In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings the final date for receipt of authors’ payment is 10 September, 2011. The registration is valid only after the registration fee has been received on the Conference account. Please note that international transfer usually takes 3 to 5 working days to complete.
You will receive a confirmation letter after registration and full payment have been made.
Authors for papers included in the KMO 2011 conference proceedings cannot cancel their registration!
Note to students:
To register as a STUDENT is required to fax or e-mail the copy of student ID card to the conference Registration Office stated below. |
Substitutions
Substitutions are not allowed.

Policy for Cancellations, Changes and Refund
Cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Office, PROCOM International Co., Ltd., no later than 10 September 2011. The cancellation charge for registration is 5,000 JPY.
No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled after 11 September 2011.
Authors for papers included in the KMO 2011 conference proceedings cannot cancel their registration!
The requests for refunds will be processed after KMO2011 conference date.
Applicants for visa documentation
For the applicants who require visa documentation, registration should be done well in advance of the deadline.
Those wishing to apply for visas are required to complete registration and remittance.
Information on the visa form will be available when you submit the online registration form.
If you are a paid-registrant, please apply after remitting your conference registration fee in full.
Upon receiving the above information and confirming the payment, the secretariat will prepare documents necessary for a visa application.
Please note again that no documents for visas will be prepared for those who have not completed the payment of the required registration fees in full.
Due to the complex nature of visa requirements, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you.

Visa documents will only be issued to:
-Speakers/Presenters
-Committee Members
-Applicants who have paid their registration fee in full.
-Applicants the organizer admits to contribute to the conference academically by their participation
Note: Please understand that the organizers will prepare visa documents only for Conference registrants.
