To register for the conference
Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible
in order to benefit from lower registration fees.

CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION CARD（Receipt）
An automatic email confirmation will be sent to you when you register online.
A registration card will be sent to a registrant after payment of registration fee is confirmed.
All attendants are requested to print out a registration card and bring it to the conference site to
show at the registration desk.
*Merchant Code is provided in a receipt e-mail of [Zeus] Settlement Confirmation.

The registration fee includes:
　　　・Conference materials (program)

Registered participants will have access to all the scientific sessions
and poster presentations as well as to the industry seminar and the exhibition area.

Note
1) Social party （Social Evening) fee is not included in the registration fees
2)The cruise dinner （International Evening) fee is not included in the registration fees.

Method of Payment of Registration Fees
All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.
Fees can be paid by credit card.
Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted.

If you or your guest wish to register for the social events, please remember
to register online while booking your registration and hotel.
