◆ Registration fees include access to all sessions and workshops, lunches, coffee breaks, congress dinner and an abstract book.

NOTE: Congress dinner has been fully booked for pre-registration. Unfortunately, on-site registration fee does not include congress dinner.

Registration Procedure

For online registration, click the "Online Registration" button in the bottom of this page and follow the instructions on screen. The registration can only be made for a single participant at a time.

After completing the registration, an auto-reply e-mail indicating your registration ID and the data you entered will be sent to you. If you find some errors in the data or do not receive the e-mail, please contact our registration office (apwa4-jwa11@procomu.jp).

You will get an email from PayPal after your payment.

The exchange ticket for badge and proceedings will be sent to you by e-mail on the first week of November.
If you do not receive that e-mail by then, please contact our registration office (apwa4-jwa11@procomu.jp).

Please bring the print-out of the exchange ticket e-mail with you to the conference.
The name badge and proceedings will be provided at the registration desk during the conference.

Payment Method

＜Credit card (Paypal)＞

Paypal (Credit card) is the only payment method available and Registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) only.

Paypal provides a global payment service with guaranteed safety.
Credit card number will not be transferred to the Society.

Note

＜Cancellation and Refund Policy＞

Registration fee is not refundable.
Your online registration will be cancelled unless the payment is confirmed by the due date (October 31).

The author or, if many, at least of one of the authors must pre-register by October 5, and commit to attend the conference and present the paper.
Otherwise, your paper may not be included in the final meeting program and proceedings.

Visa Information

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).

If you need to receive a visa invitation letter for visa or any other reasons, you might fill in the following "Visa Application Assistance Form" no later than
September 20 after finishing the online registration and payment.

The Conference Organizer cannot contact or intervene with any Japanese Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf.
Please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the conference on your own responsibility.
