How to Register |

For advance online registration, click the "Advance Registration" button in the bottom of this page and
follow the instructions on the screen. Registration can only be made for a single participant at a time. |

After completing registration, an auto-reply e-mail indicating your registration ID and the data you
entered will be sent to you. If you find some errors in the data or do not receive the e-mail, please contact
our registration office (iarmjarm@procomu.jp). |

3. |
The confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after payment has been confirmed. |
| |
|
4. |
The exchange ticket of a name card and abstract booklet will be sent to you by e-mail at the end of September. If you do not receive this e-mail by September 30, please contact our registration office (iarmjarm@procomu.jp). |

5. |
Please bring the print-out of the exchange ticket e-mail with you to the conference.
The name card and abstract booklet will be provided at the on-site registration desk. |

Paypal provides a global payment service with guaranteed safety.
Your credit card number will not be transferred to the Society.
Please choose "Log In" with your account or "Check Out as a Guest."
You normally do not need to create a PayPal account.
When you are directed to the Paypal authentication screen from the payment screen,
you can proceed to the billing and credit card information input screen by selecting
“Check Out as a Guest.”

Until July 10th, 2018: full reimbursement
From July 11th, 2018 to Aug 10th, 2018: 50% reimbursement
From Aug 11th, 2018 to Sep 10th, 2018 : 30% reimbursement
After Sep 11th, 2018: No refund
