To register for the conference

Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees.

Online Registration CLOSED.

On-site registration is Welcome.

Registration Fees

(Note)
1. Social Program(Excursion & Banquet on Oct 07 (Mon.))
The Social Program includes the following couses;
-Visit KOYO CHEMICAL CO.,LTD. glucosamine factory
-Visit Sakaiminato City Fish Center and Lunch
-Visit Matsue Castle
-Visit Tottori Hanakairo Flower Park and Banquet at night

2. As far as "Early registration and Late registration" is concerned, the prices indicated are per person and only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before each deadline mentioned above.

Method of Payment of Registration Fees

All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.
Fees can be paid either by credit card or bank transferand also by Paypal.
Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted.
Registration without payment will not be processed.
The Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account
when the name of the participant is not mentioned. Nor will the Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Please note that if you are going to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, you are required to pay bank handling charges
Also, you are required to send a copy of a bank transfer form to the APCCS2013 secretariat immediately after the submitting the online registration form.
The copy helps confirm your remittance, just in case your payment could not be identified.

Note: Passcode will be informed to each registrant by e-mail of confirmaion after the registration.
Please be sure to mention the passcode and the participant’s name on message column of bank’s money-tranfer form (if you selected bank transfer)

Policy for Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, PROCOM International, by no later than September 20, 2013.
The cancellation charge for registration is 5,000 JPY.
-No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled after the date mentioned above.
-No refund will be made for the speakers of technical sessions.

All refunds will be made after the conference deducting card company's handling charges.

Applicants for visa documentation
Those wishing to apply for visas are required to complete the registration and remittance.
Information on the visa form will be available when you submit the on-line registration form.
Upon receiving the above information and confirming the payment, the secretariat will prepare documents necessary for a visa application.
Please note that no documents for visas will be prepared for those who have not completed the payment of the required registration fees in full.
Due to the complex nature of visa requirements, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you.

Visa letters will only be issued to:
-Speakers/Presenters
-Committee Members
-Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.
Note: Please understand that the visa documents from the organizers will be prepared only for the Conference registrants.
