Reservation Deadline
Your application form must arrive by September 6th, 2013

*Although the reservation deadline is already over, we accept your application form by September 30th.
But please note that there is possibility that the hotel has no available rooms.

Payment
Please pay your accommodation charges upon check-in either in cash or with a credit card.

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations must be made only by faxing, no later than September 6th, 2013.
*Be sure to print your name and the date of faxing on the paper.
(Cancellation by telephone is not accepted)

Cancellation Fee
The charges of reservations are as follows.
Cancellation requests made one day prior to the scheduled arrival date: 20％ of the total
Cancellation requests made on the day of scheduled arrival: 80％ of the total
No-show: 100％of the total
